To Enhance its Luxury Vertical

eBay has been around for a while, becoming one of the main houseld brand across the world. 
With one of their key luxury vertical under intense competition, eBay was seeing pressure on their premium value products challenging their proposition in the market. 
Officine Digitali has been working with eBay to enhance their luxury vertical an strenghtend their proposition for the upper value brands sold in the category.   

As a result eBay developed a strategy for introducing new features, adapted  new UI and looked at graduating experiments to attract and convert new customers. 
These efforts led a growth in customer conversion and expanding sales in the  higher value product treshold creating enough oxygen to attract new merchants and expand its portfolio. 

Today eBay stands firm in the market for new and pre-owned luxury products and a beacon for all merchants wanting to access a global market place.
